Unlike other note taking systems, Aloe does not use file names and folders. With Aloe it is much easier to keep your notes organized, especially when they are shared.
Aloe Notes are organized by tagging them with Calendar Events, People, Deals/Opportunities (if you use a CRM), and Hashtags.
The most important thing you need to do after creating an Aloe Account is to connect Aloe to a source of calendar events and people.
